Many party stores, dollar stores, grocery stores, flower shops, etc will fill the balloons with helium for a small fee.

Shipping from United States
We ship by First Class Mail, which will take approximately 4 to 8 working days. We can also ship Priority Mail, which is up to 3 days. I cannot guarantee these times, but are the guidelines the US Postal Service has set.
We ship within 1 to 2 days of the order being placed unless the product is custom made, That will take up to 3 days to ship.

Refunds
We do offer refunds for everything except balloons and custom printed or made products. Please notify us for instructions. If you want to return a product and it is in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase price but cannot refund the original shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before returning the item or leaving feedback so we can give you instructions on handling the return.
