Frog Balloon Set includes:

Balloons come flat and can be inflated with helium or air.
The latex balloons are Qualatex balloons, which is are very high quality and made in the USA
Many party stores, dollar stores, grocery stores, flower shops, etc will fill the balloons with helium for a small fee.
Shipping from United States
We ship by First Class Mail, which will take approximately 4 to 8 working days. We can also ship Priority Mail, which is up to 3 days. I cannot guarantee these times, but are the guidelines the US Postal Service has set.
We ship within 1 to 2 days of the order being placed unless the product is custom made, That will take up to 3 days to ship.
If you need your product more quickly, contact me and I will do my best to ship it same day.
Refunds
We do offer refunds for everything except balloons and custom printed or made products. Please notify us for instructions. If you want to return a product and it is in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase price but cannot refund the original shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before returning the item or leaving feedback so we can give you instructions on handling the return.
