--Eight 11" Latex Balloons (2 each lime green, rose pink, Caribbean blue and Spring Lilac)
--Curling Ribbon to match - enough for all balloons

Balloons un-inflated and can be filled with helium or air.

The latex balloons are Qualatex balloons, which is are very high quality and made in the USA

Many party stores, dollar stores, grocery stores, flower shops, etc will fill the balloons with helium for a small fee.
